The Delhi High Court has permitted CFA Institute to hold the June 2009 CFA exams in India, and we will be opening a test center in Mumbai. Any June 2009 candidates from India who did not receive the 2 April 2009 e-mail asking if they would like to take the CFA exam on Sunday, 7 June 2009 in Mumbai should contact us to request a test center change.
No action is necessary for candidates who elect to take the exam at their original test center. The court has not ruled on the December 2009 CFA exam. Our legal team continues to make every effort to resolve this issue.
