Just saw an ad in today's newspaper for the CPA program (certified public accountant) program offered by the ICFAI. After trying to fool candidates with the fake CFA designation they are now trying to fool potential candidates with the fake CPA program. Or is it just a coincidence that they chose the name CPA? This is really shameless behaviour taken to the extreme.

The ICFAI CPA is again another poor imitation of a globally recognised qualification. In case of conflict, ICFAI will move Indian courts and get some relief, just like they have done with CFA. There will be more students joining the CPA offered by ICFAI, since the attractive part of the course would be that it can done within India. whereas the real CPA can be completed only in US. That wil be ICFAI's cheap selling point.

Then a bunch of ICFAI CPAs will join Kprofessionals.com and fight the indiscrimination meted to them. They will claim that their course is better than CPA (US), since their course has more papers and exams very difficult. My foot!!

Many of the CPAs wil get into industry, but employers who are alert, wil advertise that they need CPAs from US. A lot of such things will happen........

A Phd in pliagirsm is best they can offer.

ICFAI university has shown its level in pliagirsm. Believe they cannot go too far.It is a fake university, lauching fake degrees , certficates and joined by only hopeless students and jobless graduates from this university.

Actually, ICFAI is religiously following the famous saying, "Made in India'.

why blame icfai for ineficiencies of cfai. even the judiciary is not allowing the cfa program in india.. feel pity for u guys who run after the phoren tag ignoring the world class program offered by a indian institute. As tatas have takenover corus, similarly icfai will soon replace cfai in global ecconomy too.
