We are a group of experienced professionals, who understand the complexities involved in attracting and recruiting talent. We do not blindly forward resumes but follow a systematic approach that consists of following seven steps:

  1. Understand the needs of the client: Apart from taking the Job Description from the client, we prefer to have a discussion with them to fully understand their requirements.
  1. Preliminary screening of resume: We devote considerable time in screening the resumes so that we can identify the right candidates, who are not only qualified but are also employable.
  1. Primary dialogue with the candidate: Before sending the candidates for the interview, we evaluate the match between the client’s requirements and the candidate’s career aspirations.
  1. Arrange the interview: We brief the clients about the background of each candidate and once the client approves of the resumes, we co-ordinate the interview process. 
  1. Final offer negotiation: We help the clients in clients in communicating and negotiating the final offer with the selected candidates.
  1. Joining: Once the candidate accepts the offer, we maintain close contact with him/her and ensure that he/she joins on the appointed date.   
  1. Feedback: We seek constant feedback from our clients so that we can improve our processes and serve the clients better.

We also provide regular reports to the clients about the progress of the candidates through various stages of the recruitment process.
